Shipping Policies
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
Shipping times range from the day the package is sent until it reaches the customer; order processing time will never count as shipping time.
Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales seasons.
In which countries do we sell?
We only sell to Spain, EU countries, Mexico, USA, Canada, Brazil, Chile and Peru.
How long will it take to receive my order?*
- Spain: 5-7 business days.**
- Mexico: 10-15 business days.
- USA: 5-7 business days.
- EU: 10-15 business days.
- Canada: 10-15 business days.
- Brazil: 15-20 business days.
- Chile: 7-14 business days.
- Peru: 15-20 business days.
*Shipping may be subject to minor delays during Christmas or holiday periods.
** Balearic and Canary Islands: 7-10 business days.
Orders from Mexico, Peru, Chile, Brazil and the Canary Islands.
Due to current legislation in some countries, additional information must be included when placing your order, in order to ensure the correct delivery of your shipment.
This information must be added in the corresponding section of the payment screen, or through our email slidemist@gmail.com.
- Mexico: The RFC/CURP number must be attached.
- Peru: The RUC number must be attached.
- Chile: The RUT number must be attached.
- Brazil: The CPF number must be attached.
- Canary Islands: The DNI number must be attached.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order free of charge, as long as the order has not been shipped and is in transit.
How can I check the status of my shipment?
You can check the status of your shipment through the order tracking page, with your tracking number, or through the customer service form on our website, attaching your order number.
