Return and Refund

Returns

Our return policy is 15 calendar days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. If the product is used unfortunately we cannot offer a return or refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request a refund, but if the order has already been shipped and is in transit, you must wait until it arrives at your home to process the return or refund.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. The product must be in the same condition as it was sent, unused and in its original packaging unless it is broken or damaged. We will also notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund can be posted.

Changes (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at slidemist@gmail.com and we will give you the shipping instructions.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and we shipped it directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver chose to have the order shipped to themselves and then give it to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will find out about your return.

Shipment

To return your product, please contact our customer service team using the form on our website.

Shipping costs for returning your item are your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take to receive your exchanged product may vary.

It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
